601 Waiver Ciudad Juarez

The US Consulate at Ciudad de Juarez (CDJ) Mexico handles immigration matters for vast numbers of Mexican residents. A special program at the Juarez consulate, called the CDJ Pilot Program, handles 601 waivers for inadmissible Mexican immigrants. The 601 waiver Ciudad Juarez program offers immigrants a chance to have their 601 waiver application adjudicated within a few days of submission of the waiver. If they do not qualify for the program, their waiver application will be placed in line with the rest of the applications. The current wait time for a normal 601 waiver at Ciudad Juarez is approximately 12 to 15 months.
