Below is a list of USCIS field offices responsible for the adjudication of I601 & I212 immigration waivers for countries in South America. In-country I601 waivers and stand-alone, non-fiance 212 waivers are filed directly with USCIS in the United States. This information is subject to change without notice and waivers may be forwarded to other offices, without warning, based on work load.

CHILE – An I-601 waiver filed in Chile will be under the jurisdiction of the Lima, Peru field office.

COLOMBIA – An I-601 waiver filed in Colombia will be under the jurisdiction of the Panama City field office.

ECUADOR – An I-601 waiver filed in Ecuador will be under the jurisdiction of the Panama City field office.

FRENCH GUYANA – An I-601 waiver filed in French Guyana will be under the jurisdiction of the Panama City field office.

GUYANA – An I-601 waiver filed in Guyana will be under the jurisdiction of the Panama City field office.

PARAGUAY – An I-601 waiver filed in Paraguay will be under the jurisdiction of the Lima, Peru field office.

PERU – An I-601 waiver filed in Peru will be under the jurisdiction of the Lima, Peru field office.

SURINAM – An I-601 waiver filed in Suriname will be under the jurisdiction of the Panama City field office.

URUGUAY – An I-601 waiver filed in Uruguay will be under the jurisdiction of the Lima, Peru field office.

VENEZUELA – An I-601 waiver filed in Venezuela will be under the jurisdiction of the Panama City field office.
