Below is a list of USCIS field offices responsible for the adjudication of I601 & I212 immigration waivers for countries in South America. ECUADOR – An I-601 waiver filed in Ecuador will be under the jurisdiction of the Panama City field office.

FRENCH GUYANA – An I-601 waiver filed in French Guyana will be under the jurisdiction of the Panama City field office.

GUYANA – An I-601 waiver filed in Guyana will be under the jurisdiction of the Panama City field office.

PARAGUAY – An I-601 waiver filed in Paraguay will be under the jurisdiction of the Lima, Peru field office.

PERU – An I-601 waiver filed in Peru will be under the jurisdiction of the Lima, Peru field office.

SURINAM – An I-601 waiver filed in Suriname will be under the jurisdiction of the Panama City field office.

URUGUAY – An I-601 waiver filed in Uruguay will be under the jurisdiction of the Lima, Peru field office.

VENEZUELA – An I-601 waiver filed in Venezuela will be under the jurisdiction of the Panama City field office.
