ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA – An I-601 waiver filed in Antigua and Barbuda will be under the jurisdiction of the Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic field office.
ARUBA – An I-601 waiver filed in Aruba will be under the jurisdiction of the Kingston, Jamaica field office.
BAHAMAS – An I-601 waiver filed in the Bahamas will be under the jurisdiction of the Kingston, Jamaica field office.
BARBADOS – An I-601 waiver filed in Barbados will be under the jurisdiction of the Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic field office.
BONAIRE – An I-601 waiver filed in Bonaire will be under the jurisdiction of the Kingston, Jamaica field office.
BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS (B.V.I.) – An I-601 waiver filed in the British Virgin Islands (B.V.I.) will be under the jurisdiction of the Kingston, Jamaica field office.
CANADA – An I-601 waiver filed in Canada will be decided by the Vermont Service Center (VSC).
CAYENNE – An I-601 waiver filed in will be under the jurisdiction of the Port-Au-Prince, Haiti field office.
CAYMAN ISLANDS – An I-601 waiver filed in the Cayman Islands will be under the jurisdiction of the Kingston, Jamaica field office.
CURACAO ISLANDS – An I-601 waiver filed in the Curacao Islands will be under the jurisdiction of the Kingston, Jamaica field office.
CUBA – An I-601 waiver filed in Cuba will be under the jurisdiction of the Havana, Cuba field office.
DOMINICA – An I-601 waiver filed in Dominica will be under the jurisdiction of the Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic field office.
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC – An I-601 waiver filed in the Dominican Republic (D.R.) will be under the jurisdiction of the Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic field office.
GRENADA – An I-601 waiver filed in Grenada will be under the jurisdiction of the Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic field office.
GUADELOUPE – An I-601 waiver filed in Guadeloupe will be under the jurisdiction of the Port-Au-Prince, Haiti field office.
HAITI – An I-601 waiver filed in Haiti will be under the jurisdiction of the Port-Au-Prince, Haiti field office.
JAMAICA – An I-601 waiver filed in Jamaica will be under the jurisdiction of the Kingston, Jamaica field office.
MARTINIQUE – An I-601 waiver filed in Martinique will be under the jurisdiction of the Port-Au-Prince, Haiti field office.
MEXICO – An I-601 waiver filed in Mexico will be under the jurisdiction of the Ciudad de Juarez (CDJ) field office, but may also be decided in Mexico City, Miami or Anaheim.
MONTSERRAT – An I-601 waiver filed in Montserrat will be under the jurisdiction of the Kingston, Jamaica field office.
ST. KITTS AND NEVIS – An I-601 waiver filed in St. Kitts and Nevis will be under the jurisdiction of the Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic field office.
ST. LUCIA – An I-601 waiver filed in St. Lucia will be under the jurisdiction of the Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic field office.
ST. MARTIN – An I-601 waiver filed in St. Martin will be under the jurisdiction of the Port-Au-Prince, Haiti field office.
ST. VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES – An I-601 waiver filed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines will be under the jurisdiction of the Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic field office.
TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO – An I-601 waiver filed in Trinidad and Tobago will be under the jurisdiction of the Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic field office.
