Below is a list of USCIS field offices responsible for the adjudication of I601 & I-212 inadmissibility waivers for countries in Central America. In-country I601 waivers and stand-alone, non-fiance 212 waivers are filed directly with USCIS in the United States. This information is subject to change without notice and waivers may be forwarded to other offices, without warning, based on work load.

BELIZE – An I-601 waiver filed in Belize will be under the jurisdiction of the Guatemala City field office.

COSTA RICA – An I-601 waiver filed in Costa Rica will be under the jurisdiction of the Tegucigalpa, Honduras field office.

EL SALVADOR – An I-601 waiver filed in El Salvador will be under the jurisdiction of the San Salvador, El Salvador field office.

GUATEMALA – An I-601 waiver filed in Guatemala will be under the jurisdiction of the Guatemala City field office.

HONDURAS – An I-601 waiver filed in Honduras will be under the jurisdiction of the Tegucigalpa, Honduras field office.

NICARAGUA – An I-601 waiver filed in Nicaragua will be under the jurisdiction of the Tegucigalpa, Honduras field office.

PANAMA – An I-601 waiver filed in Panama will be under the jurisdiction of the Panama City field office.
