In-country I601 waivers and stand-alone, non-fiance 212 waivers are filed directly with USCIS in the United States. BELIZE – An I-601 waiver filed in Belize will be under the jurisdiction of the Guatemala City field office.
COSTA RICA – An I-601 waiver filed in Costa Rica will be under the jurisdiction of the Tegucigalpa, Honduras field office.
EL SALVADOR – An I-601 waiver filed in El Salvador will be under the jurisdiction of the San Salvador, El Salvador field office.
GUATEMALA – An I-601 waiver filed in Guatemala will be under the jurisdiction of the Guatemala City field office.
HONDURAS – An I-601 waiver filed in Honduras will be under the jurisdiction of the Tegucigalpa, Honduras field office.
NICARAGUA – An I-601 waiver filed in Nicaragua will be under the jurisdiction of the Tegucigalpa, Honduras field office.
PANAMA – An I-601 waiver filed in Panama will be under the jurisdiction of the Panama City field office.
