A US citizenship ceremony was held at the JFK Library in Boston today for 215 new US citizens. The US citizenship candidates were nationals of Australia, Barbados, Cape Verde, China, India, Lebanon, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, Vietnam and Zaire. Before arriving at the ceremony today, these individuals successfully completed the American citizenship process which consisted of filing a US citizenship application, attending a naturalization interview, taking the citizenship exam, and meeting all of the American citizenship requirements.
